I've just bought my certified pre-owned Hyundai Tucson. It was a pleasure dealing with the professionals of Piazza. I dialed with Mohammed as a salesman, Jodi as a sales manager and Dan as finance manager. Mohammed was very efficient, thorough, helpful and friendly. He showed me all features of the car and answered all my questions. I'd like to thank Jodi who made the whole process easy. Everything was done prompt on the same day, so we were on time to the "Weekend" concert in Newark, and we do not have to come back and drive additional 4 hours since we live in NJ. I am thankful to Dan who helped to finance the car. I am really satisfied with the whole process.
I bought Hyundai Elantra from Piazza Hyundai. The salesperson John was really did amazing service in this period. He listen carefully my requirement and explain finance process. There is no hidden charges I had to pay which unfortunately I found in some other retailers when I checked the car through website and actually visited. That is one of the best thing I find out about Piazza Hyundai. Definitely recommend.
Purchased a new Genesis G70 sport prestige from this dealer. Kevin our sales person came to came back lot to assist my wife and i find the vehicle we were looking for. After a Kevin found the vehicle for us, we took it on a test drive and loved it. The hyundai/Genesis team met all our expectations great service. Would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealership.
We knew what we wanted and was able to find it online. Other dealerships had it posted but when you actually went to see the car they couldn’t find it and wanted us to pay $1000 to locate it. So when we went to Piazza it was great that they had the car we wanted as advertised on their website. The team at Piazza, especially John Mcdonell and Jodi were extremely helpful. They not only had the best price in the area (we searched the entire Philly/South Jersey Area), but also had the nicest team around. They weren’t pushy and totally willing to work with us. John was great showing us all the features our new car offered.

I just leased a 2023 G70 Sport Prestige from Piazza Hyundai/ Genesis & John McDonnell was my Sales Associate. Everything went great & John even found the vehicle in the color I wanted at a nearby dealership. The overall cost was as originally stated & the transaction went smoothly & quickly. I'm looking forward to the Total Care over the next 3 years as they've promised to do the scheduled maintenance while picking up the vehicle from my home & leaving a loaner. I couldn't be happier.
We had a wonderful experience at Piazza Hyundai of West Chester when we stopped in to check out the cars and get an idea on what we'd be paying on a new lease. (Up until this point we'd been leasing from Toyota.) Our salesman, Kevin Penny was a breath of fresh air - personable, funny and letting us know what they could/couldn't do for us. (I really like red cars, which are almost non-existent on the Tuscon models.) We needed time to process everything and Kevin and the dealership gave us time to do that. We were more than happy to let them know when we made our decision what we wanted and they made it happen, even though it wasn't on their lot. We can't say enough how pleased we are with our lease and new Tuscon. Their taking our previous car and handling the lease end was a huge plus. Kudos to the dealership from the manager to the salesman. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for anyone looking to purchase/lease a new car. Thanks, guys!
